1. 14-Day Happiness Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your storybook or if the content does not meet our Islamic values standards, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will work with you to fix any issues (such as text errors or illustration glitches) or provide a full refund if we cannot resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
2. Digital Goods Policy
Because our storybooks are personalized digital products delivered immediately upon generation, we generally do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once the PDF has been generated and downloaded. However, we always prioritize your satisfaction and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if there are technical failures or significant quality concerns.
3. How to Request a Refund or Correction
To request a refund or a correction to your story, please email us at support@barakahfables.com or hello@barakahfables.com. Please include:
- Your order number or the email address used for the purchase.
- A brief description of the issue or why you are unsatisfied.
- For content concerns: any specific passages or themes that don't align with our faith-focused promise.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Stripe) within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
5. Stripe Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Filing a formal dispute through Stripe or your bank can significantly delay the resolution process. We are committed to making things right and usually resolve support requests within 24-48 hours.
6. Refund Guarantee Scope
The 14-day guarantee covers:
- Technical errors (broken illustrations, garbled text, generation failures).
- Content not meeting our wholesome, family-friendly, and Islamic values standards.
- Delivery or payment processing issues.
The 14-day guarantee does not cover "change of mind" refunds after the story has been fully downloaded and generated, though we may still work with you on a case-by-case basis.
